Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. For further information, please consult our Exchange and Returns Policy. Generate your return label through the Return Portal and attach it securely to your package. Once you have packaged your items and attached the return label, send the parcel back to us by arranging a pickup or dropping it off at a designated location.
