Items purchased as pre-orders will be shipped in 4-6 weeks with standard shipping.
Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. For further information, please consult our Exchange and Returns Policy. If you have an account with us, log in and follow the instructions under Returns. If you would like to proceed without an account, please complete the online Return Form via our Return Portal. Generate your return label through the Return Portal and attach it securely to your package. If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” and include a Proforma Invoice to avoid additional customs fees. Once you have packaged your items and attached the return label, send the parcel back to us by arranging a pickup or dropping it off at a designated location. We will send you an e-mail once we have received the package and approved your return request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
